Extremely nice staff. Completely smooth check in and check out process. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful!! Upon arrival, we were told by the registration desk that the 1-bedroom, top floor, oceanfront condo we requested wouldn't be available until the next day. We stayed at the pono kai resort for one week. It was great we had an ocean front in building B. This is not a 5 star resort but it was in a great location, staff was great. We will be staying here on our next trip to Kauai.. more

We absolutely loved Pono Kai especially the walking trail right out front. My wife and I were in bldg. A 4/19-4/26 we walked every morning along the ocean through town.
