Location, location! parking in a garage, clean and safe hotel. Close to dinings, Galleria, and allergy clinic in Bellaire (the reason we came to Houston). Complimentary breakfast pretty good, there's a complimentary cocktail too (none of us, hubby and me drink so we don't care for it). I'm pregnant so mostly stay on bed anyway... close to Hermann Park, Sam's... more

The price was good. The staff was friendly. However, I could not help but to feel cheated. These "suites" are not what you get some where like the Homewood suites where there are two separate rooms (TV room and bed room) these suites were one big room with bookshelves in between. Not good when you want to put two kids... more

Stayed here with a large group. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is in a business/shopping/residential area. Close to Galleria. Hotel is in process of being renovated from Bradford suites to Hyatt. Has parkiing garage behind hotel. Many of the guests in our group had problems with their rooms (showers didn't work, icemaker in fridge did not work). Had... more

Spent 3 nights on the 3rd floor & absolutely loved the place. Completely remodelled, nice sized suites in a great central location. Very nice staff & a wonderful complimentary breakfast every morning. They also have a 'cocktail hour' on Mondays thru Thursdays that is exceptional! Great hors d'oeuvres & beer and/or wine - all complimentary. What a nice end to... more

I have to reiterate some of the comments concerning overbooking. In May, 2006, I made a reservation at this hotel, using THEIR website, and booked a non-smoking, deluxe room (seperate, and closed off bedroom) . Upon arrival, was informed that all they had was a smoking studio suite. I presented my reservation print-out and explained that the room they were providing... more

I choose the Bradford after reading good reviews on Trip Advisor and everyone was right. Bradford was very close to the Galleria area and very easy to get to from 610. There was a parking garage (free parking) and the area felt very safe. The front desk staff was your normal hotel staff - not rude, but not overly friendly.... more

I had planned to stay here for two nights on business, but it turned into just a one-night stay, so I didn't make use of the mini kitchen. The room was clean and quiet (mine faced the pool, and though I could hear some conversation outside, it wasn't loud enough to bother me). The only criticism is that the bathroom... more

Having booked and prepaid my three night stay at the Bradford-Galleria through one of the major internet services, I arrived at 8:30 PM in the evening after a four hour flight to be told that the hotel was overbooked (for which they blamed the internet service for confirming my reservation) and they claimed they had called around and the only... more

Great place to stay! In town for a wedding and family reunion. Having compared what our relatives stayed at in the same area, we got the best deal around! Two weeks later, ended up staying at the Days Inn nearby and it was a total dive! We ended up there since the whole town was booked and other relatives booked... more

This hotel was overbooked and unable to give me the room that I had reserved in advance. I had reserved a room for two nights. Since the hotel was overbooked for the first night, they volunteered to pay for me to stay in a nearby hotel. However, Bradford Suites had my room available the second night and refused to pay... more
