I just look a t the hotel via internet, the reviews were neutral. Accomodations were very comfortable, big room, internet service was very fast. Host at front desk was avery nice lady. What I see in the room and impressed me a little bit was spider webs at the ceiling and windows. But room overall was very clean. Room service... more

I thought the staff was not friendly and the room we stayed in was not the greatest. The mirror had an 'x' acrossed it and the bathroom door's lock was broke. Also, the entrance door was somewhat difficult to open. Lastly, the place was more of a motel, since the door entrances were all from the outside. more

I needed a hotel close to the airport for an early flight out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had an in room mini-fridge, microwave and small coffee maker (no tea, only coffee). The driveway is only accessible from 1 side of the street so a U turn was needed, but no other complaits! more

The place was in need of some paint but the room was comfortable with the exception of the A/C unit which was noisier than I'd like, especially when it cut on periodically and woke me up. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and microwave. I didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast due to... more

Every member of the staff that we had contact with was very rude. One clerk actually hung up on me when I called to check on the airport shuttle. Shuttle stops at 9 P.M. so you better hope your plane isn't late. more

My family and I stayed here the weekend of the Dukefest. We loved the location, right off I-40, with a Cracker Barrel right across from it. Swimming pool was okay. The only problem we had was when I booked it at Priceline.com, I thought I was getting a no-smoking room. Once we checked in and went to our room, we... more

After having a problem with the Ramada Downtown I decided to stay here with my wife for 3 days. We had been travelling the world and were in Nashville for 3 days before flying to NY. This was a last minute booking which turned out to be a blessing. The hotel staff are great, the airport shuttle was very useful.... more

It was a nice place coming from Bonnaroo 2006 and four nights of tenting (without a shower, though we washed up at the festival). The place wasn't glamorous, but it did the job. The bed was comfortable (again, after four nights of sleeping on the hard Tennessee ground). The staff (at least the one member we dealt with - a... more

This hotel is very convenient to the Nashville Airport and has the Park 'n Fly program. The front desk personnel were competent and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport was on time, both to drop us off and pick us up. Beds were comfortable, and I wasn't bothered by any noise outside. My main problem was that the bathroom... more
