I was impressed with this motel. It was clean and modern, with a nice lobby and free e-mail access. It was also moderately priced. I was given a room on the third floor and found it quite comfortable. However, as I was preparing for bed, I found a red roach on the sink and another one on the entrance door.... more

A week or so back, I stayed a night in the Nashville West Baymont. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was in line with other Baymont's I've stayed in. Nice beds, and free high speed internet, to boot. We were in a standard double bedded room. Nothing spectacular about the room, but it was cheap, clean and comfortable. The... more

I guess it all depends on what you are used to. I generally stay in moderately priced hotels, and this one was very disappointing. The service at the front desk was mediocre and the hotel itself seems old and in need of an update, even though they supposedly just had one. Our room had the overwhelming smell of cheap air... more

We booked this hotel for a visitor to our business when because of the Country Music Awards all convenient local hotels were booked. We had a confirmed reservation for a king non smoking room through hotels.com. When we arrived we were told there was no reservation and no rooms available. After extensive discussion and presenting the confirmation, the lackadaisical clerk... more

This was a first stop on a two-week vacation. We left a day early so we didn't have a reservation. We had a coupon and walked in around 9 PM. Neighborhood was okay...maybe a little shady. I never felt comfortable here and slept horribly. The bed seemed old and well used. The carpet between the beds seemed wet. We couldn't... more

We stayed here because of good reviews, but was disappointed. Plusses were Guest WiFi, decent pool, ability to print at the lobby computer, continental breakfast, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (most of the time). Major minus was housekeeping, especially the third day. We did not leave our room until about 12:30 so it was not serviced. When... more

We stayed here over new years for a week. We were going to a conference and wanted somewhere inexpensive, but not too far away from Downtown. It cost us about $40 for a taxi (for 2 people) from the airport and about $15 (5 of us in the taxi)from Downtown to the hotel. We didn't rent a car, but the... more

I stayed at this Baymont with my two sons (14 & 12) in early June. I got a wonderful price through Priceline, so perhaps that influenced my opinion of the stay, but we had no problem at all. We were late getting in, a little after 10 PM local time, and the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly, giving... more

This hotel will live in infamy in family vacation stories. It was absolutley disgusting. It was so awful that there was literally gum between the headboard and bed covered up with a pillow to hide it. There was no water pressure in the showers to talk about. Additionally, we discovered the high speed internet service they advertise was actually replaced... more
