Here are the facts! This hotel smells like smoke, and is run down. When I check into my room this is what I saw. My bedspread was ripped and stained, the carpet was stained, faucets wouldn't turn off, sheets were stained, ceiling tile was missing in the bathroom, bulbs were burt out, remote was missing its back, and finally I... more

I have seen alot of negativer reviews on this hotel, but I will tell you that I travel on business several days a year. When I come to Knoxville, I ALWAYS stay here! No, they are not the newest, and no they are not the most elaborate but you know, it is just a place to spend the night for... more

When speaking to a hotel representative as I booked online through the hotel web site, I was told the hotel was a 4 star...upon arriving I discovered the hotel was rated a 2 star! The pictures on line must have been taken 15 years ago!!! I booked the stay for a group to include 6 rooms. I was embarrassed to... more

Our reservations were for non-smoking adjoining rooms, neither of which were available upon our arrivial. The manager did what he could by removing the ash trays and spraying the rooms. When we were moved for our 2nd night, to adjoining rooms they had managed to remove the ash trays from one of the rooms. A non-smoking room starts at the... more

I am not kidding you, my stomach turns as I write this just thinking of that fleabag motel. My stupid retired military husband (God love him and all that) has all kinds of buddies up in Knoxville. Apparently, they all used to party at that skanky bar and then pass out at the motel. SOOOOO, in habit, when we started... more

I am so surprised at these reviews! My son has had to have several surgeries at the Children's Hospital in Knoxville. We stay at this hotel every time we go. We have often had to get up to 4 rooms at a time. I have never had an issue with this facility and I thought that it was a nice... more

I don't know how this place is in business...oh wait I can, it is the bar in the lobby which keeps it afloat. When I went to check-in, there was a man standing at the front desk (looked like he was waiting for help) and when I motioned for him to go first, he turned (beer cup in hand along... more

The reason I am writing this is because I saw the other posts, and had to just laugh. Nothing must have changed since 3 or 4 yrs ago. Which means that the owners are there for nothing more than quick bucks if they can get it , thru tired out of towners who can't find a place. My husband and... more

The best way to explain this "hotel" is that it is a bar with rooms attached so you can hook up. I am not kidding. This place is dark inside with a lounge right in the main lobby and not fit for children to even look at. The hotel itself is not air conditioned and the doorways at the ends... more
