Most of my investigation of local history dealt primarily with Appalachian culture, I just assumed that they got off the mountain and here we are. The museum located at NBFSP does an excellent job in detailing the life of the folks of middle and west TN who relied on the water for their livelihood. Now I know who transported my... more

What a wonderful camp ground in the State Park. Reasonable rates, water and electric hook ups or primitive camp sites, hot showers in heated restrooms. Had a great weekend at Nathan Bedford State Park. Everything was furnished in the cabins, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots &pans,towels, sheets, blankets, firewood, full size refrigerator, stove, etc. The view was spectacular! more
