The Comfort Inn in West Hazelton is supposed to be an award winning property, backed by Choice Privileges "Satisfaction Guarantee". There is no guarantee at this property. We stayed at the Hazleton PA Comfort Inn one night in early October. We arrived late and found the place busy and nearly full. Our room was on the second floor, close to the elevator, overlooking the hotel entrance; often this would be a less than ideal spot, but sound insulation seemed good and we had a very quiet night.... more
