I travel for business extensively and I am in Reading once a year every year for a minimum of five days. Each time I get the Sheraton through Priceline I cringe! The last time I stayed was in early March. The first night was not bad but the second night could have been made into horror film. I arrived back... more

We stayed at the Sheraton, Reading, PA Aug. 8-10th. On Sat. morning the breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I thought there was nothing you could do wrong with a box of cereal, wrong, the milk was warm. In the afternoon, we were supposed to have a pool party (meaning at the pool) well they sent us inside for... more

I booked a Girlfriends Getaway package with accommodations at this hotel. I like to start off by saying the staff at the Sheraton was fantastic. Very friendly, attentive, gracious and sympathetic. I wish all hotel staff were like this. The hotel room was a king suite in the executive tower. Both myself and my friend felt the room was functional,... more

We will continue to coach our staff to ensure that they are communicating with our guests with regard to any changes in our activities schedule and the packages we offer,...

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious (2 dbl bed room) and clean (that's a huge big deal to me, so if I say it's clean it's CLEAN!). The indoor pool very nice, and the staff was friendly. The hotel offers a nightclub and a comedy club (neither of which we used), a couple restaurants, and LOTS of things... more

I stayed here for business, and booked through Priceline. Was happy to see that my $70 bid resulted in a Sheraton. Then I read the TA reviews, and was horrified. I prepared myself to step into the Bates Motel. But thankfully, this place was not bad at all! I don't know if they recently renovated, or if previous posters are... more

I attempted to make a reservation through Sheraton's website, but was told no rooms were aviable. Checked on expedia and they had rooms at the same rate, same hotel. Upon check in, they indicated I booked the rooms through Expedia and would recieve points on my Starwood frequent #. Here are the list of other issues I encourted: 1) They... more

This hotel is horrible for a Sheraton. I stay here about 2 or 3 nights a month for work (not by choice). 90% of the hotel appears to be some old econo lodge motel that Sheraton bought and added a new loby and a small 5 story tower section onto. If you get a room in the "New York" "Paris"... more

Stayed at the hotel on short notice. Therewere no Marriott properties in the area and Sheraton was running a special where you stay once and get premier guest status. Paid $169. What a dump. Not a dead body under the bed dump but to put a Sheraton name on this joint - shame on them. Hotel is very old and... more

Hotel is horrible, no two ways about it. Rooms are old and crappy, no closets even! Shades and carpet are from 20 years ago and the place doesnt deserve to be called a sheraton. Only good thing is the people working here are very nice. Would not recommend going to this hotel. Category 2 is overrated more

What a horrible New Year's Eve Experience. We booked the family splash and fun package because we have two small children and thought it might be fun. Upon entering our room, there was a foul pervasive odor. All the furniture was dusty, the carpets were not vacuumed and there was dog hair in the room. There were 5 large stains... more

The management and staff would like to apologize for the issues that were experienced by the above guests. The New Years Eve celebration was created to enhance the Sheraton experience of everyone that attended. Unfortunately for these guests, that experience was not fulfilled to it fullest potential. Although, the guests were offered a new room and they declined, the hotel...
