First of all car got broken into, Not very much lighting in parking lot. Hotel Customer service was not very impressive. Front desk didn't speak good english and wasn't very respectful when asked for a extra blanket. When asked for a discount they said they couldn't do anything about our unsatisfactory stay. Arrived at this hotel after a day of driving - tired and a bit grumpy. For $80 had a very clean and well appointed room with two queen beds. Hotel is clean, well kept, and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is near the Outlet malls and the I-5. more

When we stayed it was known as an Executive Inn. Clueless desk staff-she couldn't find our reservation and within an hour had also booked another party into our room-, rooms that reeked of cig smoke (we were in a "non smoking" room) and horrifically noisy. Used this hotel as a stop over between LA and home. The front desk staff did have a good suggestion about a dinner spot, but was NOT knowledgeable about the Outlet Mall (this town’s big draw?)!
