I've been told that this htel is 4 strars rate. I disagree with this. The hotel servise is not good enough. Just came back after staying all inclusive 24th October for a week. Well, I can confirm most of the previous reviews; it really was like Fawlty Towers. Although there were few guests left, we were allocated a room on the third floor, and the lift only goes to the first. The reception guy did help us with our cases though.... more

arrived at hotel early morning - luckily we had read reports on line and asked for a room on 1st or second floor as donkeys ( to carry luggage ) and oxygen not supplied.
