“Rude Evening Front Desk Clerk”

This hotel was close to a family party in Columbus....I made reservations for 2 rooms - non-smoking queen bed rooms. I put the full amount on my charge card. I was promised non-smoking rooms. I also told them the arrivals would be very late. My two cousins (adults)arrived at 10:30 PM and were told there were no non-smoking rooms available.... more

They were pushy, rude, the premises was noisy. It was overall horrible. more

We arrived early and they allowed us an early check it. We had requested a Rollaway bed also even though they have a couch bed. We were traveling with 2 adults and 8 children between 19-5. We checked in at 11am and immediately went to German Village for stroll and lunch. very nice..we ate at Schmidt's Sausage Haus on Kossruth... more
