Quite nervous to stay here after reading some of the reviews, but being a Priority Reward member w/ holiday Inn, wanted to make the deal work. First room on 3rd floor STUNK and carpet sopping wet by the A/C. Called the desk and they quickly changed us to another rm on the 4th floor which was just fine. Everything worked,... more

Old, nasty hotel. Rooms are ok otherwise the rest of hotel smelled bad. 1 elevator servicing 12 floors. Shady neighborhood Got it through priceline for three night so I was stuck. They advertise it as 3 stars. NO WAY! more

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are aweful, bad smelling. Most of the things you will find broken. My booking was thru my job agency and it was for 2 weeks. No regrigerator, no microwave available. I asked for microwave, they said none available and waiting could be 2 weks. I am on special diet, i don't know... more

This is a very honest review that I am about to express!! My hotel was booked thru Hotwire so once you book you are stuck and there is no turning back. So I made the best out of it cause the name of the hotel I did not like alone. So I did homework and searched for reviews which all... more

First the good: The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was tasty and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The pool and pool area was generally clean and enjoyable. Now the bad: Since we we charged $129.00 for a Thursday night and $89 for Friday and Saturday we expected MUCH more. The... more

This hotel was advertized as a 3* hotel. I would give it 1* at best. Dirty carpeting everywhere, a total of 1 (one) small elevator to serve 12 stories, old, small TV, poor sound proofing, no breakfast, and just an overall OLD hotel. Awful. more

The room was acceptable. We paid $75 through Priceline, which may not have been the best deal. In the future we’d probably pay $99 and stay at the Embassy Suites! Watch out for the reverse speed bump in the front of the hotel, it looked like it had taken out a few cars here and there. There was a shuttle... more

Got this 2 night stay through priceline. They classified it as a 3 star property. WRONG! It's well below that quality. The beds are OLD and "floaty". We thought we got a great price but locals told us the hotel has been advertising a 49.00 per night rate. Boy did we feel taken! Don't bother with this place! more

We got the hotel for $52 on priceline ($67 when you add tax and fees). It was in the 3 star category for the Crabtree area. It was a very conveinant location. Rooms were big and clean. Hotel was a little old, but nothing to be concerned with. All in all, I would recommend it. Had a nice breakfast and... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night because we were traveling through the holidays and just needed a one night stay. The room wasn't too bad. The breakfast room service was great, and they give you plenty. Be aware though that they tack a $2.00 service charge, and gratuity beforehand on your bill. I wound up paying $12.31... more
