“A terrible hotel stay”

This hotel was nothing like we expected when we arrived. They made it look so much better on line than it did in person. The staff was nice and helpful. I was not happy with this motel, even though I had low expectations. I only wanted a clean room in an okay area. The area was fine, but the room was definitely not clean. We booked a non-smoking room with double beds. The motel is old, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelled like smoke, the beds were very small... more
