We stayed here over Valentines Day weekend and were very disappointed. Please note that it is not a luxury place whatsoever. It's middle of the road but clean. We had 2 1 bedroom suites on the main floor - one was half the size of the other for the same price. There is only 1 (I think double size) bed... more

When we arrived in Banner Elk, we called to ask directions and were told that check in time was 2:00. We reminded the person on the phone that it was 2:15. We drove up, went inside, and no one was anywhere to be seen, although I saw someone peek out when we drove up. Finally, a young woman came out... more

I seriously want to live here :) I went for a night and stayed for three. Super clean, super friendly, MORE THAN all the comforts of home. I will surely stay here again. more

This place was awesome! We had a whole apartment with a fireplace and a hot tub for less than the best western. They had complimentary breakfast and soups available whenever we wanted. Very friendly and relaxed stay! Thank you! more
