My stay at this hotel was not as bad as others have reported. The rooms were clean but housekeeping did not do our daily service until after 4:00 p.m. The breakfast buffet was good and the bartender at night was great. I did not have any other meals there. The business center has one computer and it did not work... more

The two front desk personnel were poorly trained in giving directions on how to reach the hotel from the highways that go through Binghamton (I-81/Route 17/I-86). The room was only superficially clean; the floors in the room and halls needed vacuuming, trash in desk drawer. The hardware in the closet had broken, so the rod and all the hangers were... more

This had to be the worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. We were looking for a Pet Friendly hotel. Room they gave us was flea ridden. We have flea bites all over ourselves. The toilet wasn't flushed in the room, the food in the restaurant was inedible. This hotel was a joke! The maids woke us up even... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn-Binghamton on Hawley St over the 4th of July weekend for a family wedding in the area. The location is very nice - right on the Chenango River (we walked down to see the ducks + geese several times), and is within walking distance by a path to a park at the confluence of the... more

This hotel was a disaster from the start. When we contracted in May for our club to stay at this hotel we had 9 rooms held at the USSS rate for the National competition during the end of june-first part of July. The hotel lost our contract, when we called to reconfirm the reservations, and told us that the only... more

From Ottawa.ca returning from Virginia. Needed overnight stay. Friendly service, clean, excellent free breakfast (priority club member), will return. more

My parents, siblings and their families returned to our hometown only to be disappointed by our stay. The experience of the food, the cleanliness and the service sent a message that mediocrity is acceptable in this 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was cold and some items were not available on a daily basis. The service was awful. The cleaning staff... more

For a hotel posing itself as an upscale accommodation, it is obvious that someone is clueless. Cleanliness - Rate it 2 out of 5: Rugs in lobby and elevator were littered with debris. The room itself was obviously not vacuumed since the previous inmate. Trash in bureau draw. Condoms left in desk draw (fortunately not yet used). Accommodation: Rate it... more

The hotel overall is good. The elevators are quick, and the employees are very friendly. The rooms are a little small, but they do have free Internet and are furnished with a refridgerator. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure. The only other little thing was the room service was at our door by 9:00 every morning wanting in,... more

My wife and I booked a room at the Holiday inn just because it is next to the arena. When I got out of the shower I noticed a tiny ant on the towels. Then I started to look at the ceiling and noticed a few more. I went out to the bed and pulled back the covers and saw... more
