When our flights were cancelled the airline put us up at this hotel for one night, for anyone travelling it is a long drive to the airport with a very unorganized shuttle service. When our flight was cancelled the 2nd day we decided to stay on to save us the trouble of making our way back to the airport, only... more

My family got delayed returning from Europe during a Newark snowstorm and were placed in the Radisson by Continental Airlines. As far as the usual unappealing choices provided during these situations, the Radisson was a nice property given the circumstances. We had two adjacent rooms which were similar in configuration with two full/queen size beds. The beds were the Sleep-Number... more

Here are some of the problems I had the first day: 1.Large wet spot on carpet in my room – yuck 2.We were not told that the restaurant would be closed. We read it on an elevator sign when we returned from dinner. No breakfast! 3.Internet connection was not great. I kept losing the connection, which never happens to me.... more

We stayed here a year ago for Rutgers and had a good experience. This year was okay, but I'm not sure I'll automatically go here if the occasion warrants in the future. The hotel is refurbishing rooms, so random old furniture is left in hallways at times. The tub in our room was peeling (clean, but the finish was worn... more

I stayed three nights for Rutgers and this was such a great experience for me. The staff was so friendly and their food & rooms are wonderful. You won my business going forward. PS: The E-Class rooms and band in the courtyard is great. more

Called up the hotel for directions - hard to find and not getting good clear instructions from the staff. From the front desk to the hotel manager - everyone is soooo unfriendly and discourteous. The least reply I would expect from a manager who I asked to help me locate some print jobs I sent down from my laptop to... more

Hotel is undergoing renovations (half completed) which made for an unpleasant stay. Exercise and pool facilities were closed, and half the hotel was torn up. I could deal with some of that, but the layout of the hotel is poor in its corridors plus smoke from the bar and restaurant poiurs into the lobby - I normally am not bothered... more

This was one of my best experiences in Piscataway. The renovation plans are going to be great. The new Sleep Number Bed is a great bed! The food is excellent and the staff is proactive to respond to my needs. Great management seems to really be taking this hotel to a great level. I work for American Standard and I will... more

What a pleasurable stay my tour had at Radisson Hotel. Great proactive smiling staff and probably the best food I ever had in a hotel. Both the general manager and the chef personally assisted all our tour guests. They should be commended. I do over 90 tours to NJ/NYC and this was by far one of the best hotels in... more
