I did some careful research before booking this hotel for the New York leg of our east coast trip. It got such great reviews; I decided to give it a try. I'll admit I was wondering how the price could be so low and if I'd regret my decision. I couldn't have been more wrong. The location (while not the... more

This hotel has a great location as it is very close to NYC. But it has smelly hallways and rooms, The tap water tastes horrible, and the morning breakfast was not always fully available. The AC unit in the room is also very loud. more

You can save 50 % of your money staying here instead of NY city. The 163 bus stop opposite to the hotel is very convenient and the bus drops you at Times Square in about 20 minutes. A word of caution, the buses run every 30 minutes on weekends, you may have to wait little longer. The breakfast is very,... more

From the second we arrived...................................AMAZING!! !!!! Lobby is clean and inviting. The staff, unbelievably friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the shuttle bus driver and his side kick Gus. If you want to know anything, ask Gus!!!! He was extremely helpful, a wealth of information, knew the answers to everything we asked, including the best place to... more

I used to live in Queens and was taking a close friend of mine to see NYC for his first time. We're both a little shorter on cash than we'd like to be, and after reading what felt like a thousand reviews for hotels in various locations, I finally decided to save some cash and stay in Jersey. My family... more

This is an extremely busy hotel and is showing some wear and tear as a result, but it still manages to remain quiet. It's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. It is in an industrial neighborhood with not much in walking distance, except maybe the horse track and sports stadiums across the street in season. Downtown... more

My friends and I went to NYC for the night but did not want to pay New York prices so decided to stay on the Jersey side. The hotel is only about 15 - 20 minutes drive to NYC (as long as you don't try to go at rush hour like we did.) I did a fare amount of research... more

I took my mother to New York for her Birthday and we chose to stay outside of the busy and noises night life of NYC. Upon entering the hotel, the staff was so professional and friendly. They greeted us and helped us to our rooms. The rooms were really..really..clean and this is very important to me! Everything was fresh and... more

While traveling to New York City on business and did not want to spend New York City prices for my hotel room. This was a relatively a relatively short drive to the City even during rush hour traffic and I had a very nice room for a fraction of what I would have paid in Manhattan. more

Nice hotel, clean, directly across from the Meadowlands stadium. There is a bus stop across the street to NYC, and one restaurant down the street. more
