Virginia City is a pretty hokey place - full of tacky tourism and historical significance to say nothing of a fabulous setting. Edith Palmer's was fabulous - perched at the top of the town so you could look out down the mountain - beautiful. Quaint little Inn. Very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful. We go to Virginia City every year for New Years Eve.
