Very nice and clean hotel with a very personal feel. The structure and layout is not as new & modern as other chain motels, but the rooms have been updated with some impressive furniture and kept very clean . I can not think of another motel or hotel which provides an actual usable balcony - which overlooks the pool courtyard.... more

Very disappointed! We woke up to NO HOT WATER ON THE MORNING of Feb 17th! When we checked out no manger was called and the only discount we got was 10% off.....one of us was cold and wet. And the other went with out no shower! It made our Reno experance horrible!!!! never again!!!! more
