Avoid this hotel! They tried to add a false room service charge to my bill at checkout. I said I never ordered room service & their response was they had to charge me anyways. After reading such great reviews, I was disappointed. More staff is definitely needed at registration as we were made to wait 20-30 minutes to check in. For a hotel that is supposed to be so new, I wasn't impressed. The only redeeming feature to our room was the plasma TV. The blanket on our bed had a hole in it.... more
