I was excited to try out The Palms because, being younger (early 30's) and enjoying the vegas nightlife, I had stayed at the Hard Rock and Planet Hollywood and, while I thought they were good experiences, I wanted to try something new. Unfortunately, I was 100% disappointed. To start, the first night we stayed at one of the top suites... more

I stayed at the PLAMS for the second time in three months JUNE 27 - 30th. I love the hotel, the slots pay great, the rooms are very nice and up to date, but THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE WOTHLESS. I came in after a 6 hour flight between the two 1... more

- I wrote this to the front desk manager and havent even recieved word back. Mr. Coleman: I was celebrating my birthday this weekend at your hotel and wanted to voice some concerns regarding your staff because not only was it upsetting but additionally it ruined my birthday which I went specifically to the Palms to celebrate. I arrived at... more

Just got back from 3 nights at the Palms. Our first 2 nights Wed & Thurs the hotel was a little quiet and Fri it picked up for Ditch Friday. If you are looking for action pay the extra money and go on the weekend. During the week also be aware they have a lot of private events and close... more

Imagine...you've worked hard for five months, sacrificed your social life to save for the road trip of a lifetime and you're starting this life changing Gran Turismo in the party capital of the world with your best friends you haven't seen for three years and now you have to choose a hotel. 'Holiday' or 'Vacation'- the name can be extremely... more

I went for The Burlesque Hall of Fame Convention, Museum, and Contest in June 08. A womens' event, this was the worst booking for it, as this hotel is for men, and men only! The room had terrible lighting in the bathroom, no mirror above the vanity table and was decorated in brown beige and wood. The store downstairs had... more

We went to Las Vegas in March 2008. We stayed 3 nights/4 days. Although sunny when we went, I'm glad we packed jeans and sweaters. The weather is unpridictable and can change day to day, it was cold the first 2 days we were there and by day 3 and 4 we were @ the pool. Let me say something... more

I used to live in Vegas a while ago and now my wife and I go back about 2-3 times a year and we ALWAYS try and stay at the Palms. I know locals dont really go out of their way to go to a Hotel/Casino in or around the strip but I would. The people at the hotel are... more

Just returned from a 4 night golf trip to Vegas in which we stayed at the Palms. We were 4 guys from Vancouver ranging in age from 34 to 43. We arrived at the hotel on Monday at about 1pm hoping to check in to our two rooms. Only one room was ready, which was not a big deal since... more

I have copied the complaint letter I wrote to the Palms Hotel below. We encountered problem, after problem with the hotel and ended up switching hotels after one night. I beg any other travelers to really look around. Right now being summer, there are SO many other great hotels with great service, the Palms, not so much. My letter: Erin-... more
