There used to be such a thing as customer "service", now there are just customers. That is all the Sheraton in downtown St. Louis, MO apparently cares about. Hotels used to provide free breakfast, internet, phone, and parking. But you are charged for all of it at the Sheraton. I'm surprised that I didn't get charged to watch the television. more
