Had to stay in the hotel for 3 weeks, June 9th, 2008 thru June 25th, 2008. Around June 17th, I got up to get ready to go to work and had numerous red, extremely itchy bites all over. At first I thought may be it was a reaction to laundry detergent from the sheets. As days passed and bites and... more

We were able to get a good AAA rate of under $100 which is much cheaper than anything else we found downtown. This was especially a great deal because we could cook and get groceries and save money. It is very expensive in KC, as a tourist. The hotel was clean and freshly painted. I like the art in the... more

I accompanied my wife to a Silpada conference in July. Shipped my bicycle to the hotel in a large box, which they stored and then delivered for me, took back and coordinated shipping when I left. Kudos to the staff for handling this in a friendly and courteous manner. We used Marriott Reward points for the stay. Handled smoothly. The... more

My colleague and I have to stay/work in the KC are for the next 8 months. We were presented the opportunity for corporate housing, and that was the direction we were going... until we found Union Hill. We have been staying there for 3 days per week for the last 4 months, and whatever mishaps do occur, they are quick... more

After verifying the room could be paid for by purchase order, and getting a confirmation number using a school district credit card, we arrived from our long trip from the Pacific Northwest and were told that the hotel would NOT take... more

We stayed here a few weeks back. In response, I posted a review ("Dog traveling paradise"). Well, on a return extended stay, I stand by everything I said about this location dog-wise. But as for this Residence Inn itself - well, it’s really not so great. Here are a few of my beefs based on a longer stay: NOISE: Unless... more

What you would expect for a Residence Inn. Decent, clean rooms low to mid 120's per night. Don't get confused with the one in Country Club Plaza. Rooms are in 'pods' of 6-8 rooms per pod. No Elevator so be carfull to request a ground floor if you have any heavy luggage. more
