This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is rude, the place is unsafe, filthy, and in disrepair. Mold everywhere, holes in the wall, the maintenance man could not be reached, "coke" machine dispensed generic pop, the pool and hot tub were cold, and management was seedy. Rooms were not taken care of, mold in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, ever running, overflowing toilet, filthy carpet. When we asked to have someone come in and take care of the stopped up toilet, the desk clerk said the maintenance man was not answering his door. We sold our house in Ft. Mitchell but we were not ready to leave the area. I had this bright idea of staying in the nice motel with the pool, right on our backdoor.
