Customer service is important to me. We had some questions prior to our visit and called the main number. The lady seemed annoyed and less than anxious to be of help. The rooms were not great, but my impressions had already been formed by the lousy attitude of whoever answers the phone. Just not a pleasant experience. more

This is a great family retreat! For a weary traveler or a family ready to do some site seeing this hotel is a great deal. If you want to visit Nauvoo, this is a great place for a family to stay. The rooms are extra large. You could put up a baby crib and throw down a half-dozen sleeping bags and still have room to walk.
