I stayed at this hotel after going to Ozzfest this year. I arrived after the concert and was very exhausted only to have the clerk behind the counter tell me that my credit card was declined! NOT TRUE! This guy was an idiot. He didn't know how to check me in to his computer even after the booking agent had... more

Checked into this hotel expecting simiilar set up as all choice hotels...boy was I disappointed. The carpet had red staines through out and was dirty. The beds are double beds (very small) and the box spring was soiled and stained, comforter and blanket felt dirty. No bathtub only shower and rooms extrememly small. No fridge or microwave as in most... more
