Given the high cost of much Chicago accommodation, the Days Inn at Lincoln Park is excellent value. Not only is it in a great neighbourhood, with good transport nearby, but the staff are great and the hotel is immaculately maintained. This is a great hotel. The rooms are small (European style) but the housekeeping is first rate. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and the hotel is extremely well managed. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 15 years. It is quiet, clean, moderately priced, and very conveniently located near several bus lines. Clark Street, on which it is located, is a major shopping street, and there is parking at the nearby Century Mall. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. more

We stayed for 2 nights starting Sept. 9th at this Days Inn. This is a 100 year old building in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. We pulled up to the curb and the valet came out and asked if we wanted to have our car parked - $20.00 a day. Since parking is so hard to find in Chicago... more
