We waited at O'Hare for 90 min. for the hotel shuttle. It was very hot and the driver was cranky and mean. We got to the hotel and had to carry our luggage up about 10 stairs-the elevator doesn't go to all of the second floor. The only problem w/the hotel is we never received our wake up call and the alarm clock didn't work. We had an early 6am flight and if we wouldn't have woken up on our own, we would have missed our flight to Mexico! more
