We have stayed at this hotel 2 seperate times, with problems both times and will never go back. The place is clean, and the continental breakfast is standard. 1st stay, bathroom light blew out,and broke. The building was put up very quickly, and with rather shoddy standards, but Carbondale only recently updated its building codes with the advent of a new mayor. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. I just got a little scared because the fixtures in the bathroom were, erm, less than firm. Lots of wobbly... more

The room, lobby, hallway, etc. was not very nice and really old looking, but didn't look unclean or anything. This place is okay to stay for a night but is not by any means a nice hotel, and is probably below what Ramada standards should be. more
