We had an awful stay. The pool wasn't available any of the days we stayed. I wish we had read the reviews before we booked our hotel since this seems to be a very common complaint. We took a group of students to this hotel for a two night stay so that we could visit Chicago. At the initial check-in the individual behind the counter was very rude. We asked for additional towels, pillows, and blankets and were unable to get them because the hotel was full and they didn't have enough items to go around.... more
