Great hotel in a central location! Very pleased with the gulf front room and all the living space. The only drawback was the lack of close parking. I would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Panama City Beach area. more

Well the best way to review this hotel is to tell it like it is. Most of the time we stay in full all inclusive resorts and this hotel is certainly not that. The Legacy is what it is.....its a typical beach Americana beach hotel. The staff do as well as they can I suppose and they were very friendly.... more

Every negative review that I ignored when booking my stay at the Legacy was right on the money. Beds horrid, noise from highway - you better bring ear plugs, run down, inconvenient parking - all true and I have more to add. We stayed in the BIG Penthouse suite. NO ICE!!
