The pictures of the rooms on the Diamond Resorts website did not look anything like the room we had. I guess that was the display room they used for timeshare presentations. Request for face towels took 30min & then they brought the wrong towels. 2nd request took another 30min. This happened again 2 days later. No basketball court at resort...... more

As RCI point members, we have had great experiences with other RCI resorts in SC and FL, and decided to give the Grandevillas a try. Not a pleasant experience due to the size of the unit and the poor quality of the housekeeping. The place is more of a 1-2 star, side of the Interstate quality motel than a 'resort'.... more
