This hotel is one of the best in Miami Beach. I stay there every time I go down to florida which is 3-4 times a year. This hotel is very classy, perfect location, no it isn't exactly on south beach where all the action is, but I prefer it that way nice atmosphere, very clean , rooms very spacious, and... more

My boyfriend (at the time...now fiance) and I traveled to the Eden Roc last summer (June 2006). We had a FABULOUS time! The only complaint I have was that it wasn't close to the hustle and bustle of South Beach. I didn't mind that, but our travel agent (Liberty Travel) told us that we wouldn't need a car at our... more

I stayed at this hotel for a work conference, and it was fantastic. It is right on Miami Beach, has a great pool and fitness center (and I rarely use hotel gyms). I got an L-shaped suite with a king size bed, two bathrooms, a pullout sofa in the alcove that had floor to ceiling windows, and an enormous walk-in... more

Hotel was fantastic close enough to south beach but far enough away. Very historic hotel, sip your coffe overlooking the atlantic in the morning. Eden roc allows pets, you have to book ahead because they only allow them in specific rooms but we were very happy that we could take our dog on vacation with us. more

My boyfriend and I stayed here last 4th of July. We had a great time. The property is very nice. The pool is great!! Drinks on the beach awesome! Restaurants at the property excellent! However, being a young couple (boyfriend/girlfriend) this hotel definitely doesn't have a young hip scene. More family-friendly. You have to take a cab to get down... more

This is going to be hard to explain. First of all, we were there the final weekend it was open. They have now closed for renovations and will re-open in the fall...however renovations will still be ongoing until summer 2008 according to their signs. We were in town for a conference, which is why we still stayed there despite construction.... more

My husband and I spent one night in Miami Beach on our way to the Keys. Rate was still high for what was available since the hotel in undergoing renovations. Room was clean and service was good but not everything was available because of the construction. The hotel is near the end of the beach strip area so unless your... more

Realized there was some construction activity which allowed lower rates for short stays. Selected a room with an ocean view, but didn't expect an ocean view with two cranes in it [on the 12th floor]. The employees of the hotel versus the bar/restaraunt seemed confused about billing practices. The "under construction" atmosphere dominated any ambiance that might have been intended.... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Eden Roc for Miami Carnival and we can be some pretty picky people. On the plus side, the muni parking lot was not a bad deal it was adjacent to the hotel and took dollar bills which was a plus especially since valet parking is highly overrated. The doorman was very pleasant but... more

I stayed at the Eden Roc for a conference from March 11-14. My colleagues and I had assumed that there would be a minimal spring breaker presence due to the high prices charged by the hotel. Wow, were we wrong. I had an ocean front room with a balcony and had a room full of male spring breakers right next... more
