Far too much emphasis on looking good and not enough on being a good hotel. Several things were beautiful but impractical -shower, bath, vanity unit, coffee maker. There was continual piped music. The concept is better than the reality at the Sanctuary, South Beach. Converted from a 1950's style, center-court hotel, the workmanship is excellent. Finishes and furnishings are first rate.
