Priceline insisted on billing this as a 3 star resort....NOT! It's ok for a family that wants a really cheap room for disney but a resort? Please. Our room was very dated but always clean. We did not have any meals at the hotel so I cannot comment on their food. Also did not use the pool as it looked... more

We booked a king room with Travel City and when we arrived Travel City only book double rooms we were told and all the king rooms had gone. On March 25 we arrived for our 2-night stay to find that our reservation was changed to a single King room from a 2-Double bed room. With 2 adults and 3 children (ages 6, 9, and 11), a 2-Double bed room was essential. We were told that we could have a 2-Double bed room for March 25, but would need... more

Pros - Location, its a nice location. Cons - where to start, when i first pulled into this hotel, I noticed the long driveway between two gift shops. When I saw the hotel, it looked fairly old but figured it w as a 3 star so it should be decent inside. Front desk was eh, ok service. She kind of... more

After reading reviews, I was skeptical. I, however, was pleasantly surprised. Upon check-in, I asked and received an upgrade to a Sleep number bed (which was very comfortable). The friendly desk clerk also gave me a room (with a spectacular view) overlooking the fireworks at night. There was no extra cost for the upgrade. The room was spacious with a... more

Booked into a standard family room. The rooms are dated and in need of redecoration., however were adequate. Understand that the hotel is to become timeshare soon. The beds are advertised as sleep number type but are not. The beds are quite small for two people and the matresses are hard. We had a noisy group in the adjacent rooms,... more

My family booked hotel through orlandovacations.com for a disney vacation for 5 days. I had things stolen out of my room while going to the park and the hotel didn't care and the hotel insurance company denied the claim stating the housekeeper didnt take it. I submitted very thing including receipts from outlet mall showing purchases. The items were next... more

The hotel room was moldy and smelly. it was rated at 3.5 stars which was a vast over rating. The bedding was skimpy and the furniture and walls were in need of replacement or repair. At the end of the stay we were given a bill for use of features that should have been included in the fee for the... more
