The Sheraton Suites provided us with a great stay during our recent week in Key West. The hotel is located on Smathers Beach, which is outside of downtown and near the airport, so you need transportation to get around (more on that later.) We stayed at the Sheraton Suites - Key West, for 2 nights before moving to a "swankier" hotel called "The Reach." We should have stayed at the Sheraton the whole time...it was much better than the hotel we moved to (and paid more for.) The rooms are very large with the biggest bathroom I've ever seen in a typical hotel.... more

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The service was just as awful. The people at the front desk were so rude, that should have been my first sign that something was not right. The property is very dated and needs a major overhaul. I traveled with 3 other couples and all of our rooms were dirty.... more

I try to get down to Key West a few times a year and as far as I'm concerned the Sheraton is the best place to stay. The staff always takes great care of my group. I prefer being away from Duval but yet only a shuttle ride away. The rooms are in great shape and the showers are awesome.... more

This was a clean and an excellent place to stay. It is right across the street from the beach and just minutes from Duval Street where all the action is located. Although, the beach directly across the street is not the best in Key West. The hotel is still a great spot. more
