Guests are of the lesser caliber and are mostly hardcore partiers. If you like that, go for it. I get a room for a place to sleep and feel safe. If your looking for ocean front, look elsewhere. However, if your good with a 2 minute walk to the sand, this place works. Room was clean and typical wear and tear for an older independent place. We stayed in this hotel for four nights (May 16 - 20). The hotel was ok. Our room was a corner room overlooking the back of the hotel (dumpster) with two large windows with black-out blinds. Front office staff, seemed to of been inconveinced with our arrival. Floors in bathroom of our room, were dirty. Not to mention an rotten odor coming from the freezer of the mini refrigator. this place was gross...but as others have said, you get what you pay for. It was a place to spend the night before we had to fly out the next day. It was walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The bar downstairs was loud and played music all night...so bring your earplugs. more
