I stayed here while visiting my family over Christmas and found this motel to be exceptional. The cost after taxes was around $60 a night which seemed to be the competing rate in the town. The motel seemed to be recently renovated both inside and out. The room itself was very clean with seemingly new carpet and new bathroom. The... more

This property use to be exceptional. The motel's central Deland location would give it a great advantage to Stetson parents. The room was not very clean and very run down; the carpet was dirty and the furniture in its last stage of use.
