We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. Hotel was very clean, room was nice, good space for family of 4. Walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes, very convenient. I was in Cocoa Beach for my 40th high school Reunion which was held at this hotel. My second floor room was large and comfortable with a nice private lanai.
