Service was dreadful. Rooms did not even get cleaned on some days. Staff was rude and unhelpful about the area or amenities. Rooms are outdated; highway noise is very loud. Even with confirmed reservations, check in and check out took 30-45 minutes. We went in with 2-star expectations, but this motel doesn't even get 1 star in our book. more
