Fabulous hotel with really friendly staff. Lovely rooms. The pool area is divided up with an adults only side so if you don't want the noise of children then you can sit and relax and be offered ice cold towels and pineapple pieces and cold drinks. Wonderful! We had booked a club room so we had breakfast up on the... more

What a find! Knew very little about the area or the property but booked it anyway based on good reviews. *SO* glad we did. The resort is great. Even better than the resort itself however is the staff. Every single person we came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. My kids (and I)... more

Just got back from the Hyatt in Bonita Springs. I'm a huge Hyatt fan after this trip. The hotel was flawlessly cared for. The staff were kind and helpful and consistently went above and beyond helping us. They are recruited from all over the world so the staff brings a worldly perspective on things. We spent most of our time... more

Location of this hotel is slightly isolated, the nearest place outside the hotel for breakfast that we could find was a Perkins about 3 miles away. The property has all the positives of the Hyatt Regency brand but there were also a few negatives. We felt the daily cleaning of the room was very cursory and the mattresses on the... more

We like kids (had a couple of our own!), but had a horrible time at this property. The web site makes it look like a luxury hotel and spa where you can relax and enjoy many wonderful amenities. During our visit, however, the property was packed with families with small children. Yelling, screaming, playing in the hallways and pool area... more

I must say that while this is a good hotel, we were not as impressed as others. We stayed here for 5 days during July in a Regency Club room. The room was really nice and we found the evening appetizers and drinks adequate. We loved that it was Italian/French inspired and the staff were always very attentive towards the... more

The Hyatt wasw very nice. The coffe shop was open 24 hours and had starbucks and an ice cream parlor. the pool was the main event of the trip. There is a waterslide in the adventure pool, it was very fast and fun. there was also a waterfall pool and an adult lap pool. There were two hot tubs next... more

We live in Florida and like to try new hotels. Had 2 rooms here, one through hotel website for and one last minute through priceline. Easily accessible from I-& 75. Pleasantly surprised with free parking in garage. Lobby was beautiful with gorgeous marble floors. Check in was a breeze and our rooms were ready at 11am. Rooms were clean with great... more

We stayed July 2-5. During the mid week we felt like VIP guests. By Friday (4 July), the hotel took on a less relaxing quality as the every family piled into the hotel for the weekend. The facilties at the Stillwater Spa were nice; we enjoyed a couples massage and a long stay in the steam room. The spa was... more

This is our second stay at this fabulous hotel - we absolutely love it. From the terrific staff, luxurious rooms, sooo comfy beds and pillows, there is nothing bad about this place. We thought the view we had on our first stay was unbeatable - it looked over the bay - but this time our room overlooked the pools, marina,... more
