Great location 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We made a last minute itinerary change and decided to check out Santa Cruz with our 2 teenage daughters. We stayed only one night, the room was small but clean. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the location and reasonable rates are what make this a good place to stay. more

Front desk not very helpful, room was small and the refrigerator kept making noises throughout the night and the toilet would not flush until you held the lever down for some time.. just to be warned the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, making it difficult for a good nights rest.. other than that the location is... more

Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave and free wi-fi all convenient. Location is ok, shops and eateries and boardwalk are a few minutes walk from motel but we tended to drive locally. We needed accommodation on the President's Day holiday weekend so were pleased to get any room for a reasonable price, hence this Super 8 was the choice.... more
