I was warmly greeted during my check in and at all meals. All the staff went above and beyond to help me. I stayed in a Studio room that was beautiful. It had a kitchen and king size bed, which was perferct for my husband and I. I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay at this hotel again. more

The rooms in this hotel are run down and dingy. The housekeeping never changed the towels or sheets and the carpet was never vacumed. When I spoke to the management I was ignored and laughed at. Taxi Cab was called for me but it took longer than I expected. Front Desk person saw that I was anxious, and offered to drive me to my meeting. True professionalism and friendliness shown by all employees of this hotel. Housekeepers even folded my shirts that I left on the floor...Wow! Very Clean!!! more

The hotel and staff were outstanding! I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but by far this hotel has been one of the best! This hotel is the best kept secret when visiting Disneyland. You are only 5-10 minutes to Disneyland without having to stay near the traffic surrounding the park. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!... more
