This hotel is terrible/entirely way overpriced. The rooms are tiny and old--scratched up bathtub with stains/everything is faded. The one new addition is a random small flat screen on the wall. Which is really lovely as you can hear your neighbors TV when they flip it on at midnight since it's right on the wall! Yeah. That was good planning.... more

We were a little nervous after reading the reviews. But we ended up pleasantly surprised with the location and also the quality of the room. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the flat screen tv was nice and the wifi was a big plus. Our room faced the RV park. The hotel was... more

The only "nice" thing I can say about this hotel was that the room was cheaper than the other hotels in the area. Still, it was overpriced for what we got. When we checked in, the staff wasn't rude, but by no means were they friendly. Our room was on the "back side" of the hotel. You don't see this... more

How the hotel got my attention first was their prices. I read all of the reviews it had before booking the room, the reviews were mixed, but i decided to gamble it. I'm sure glad i did. I was a nice clean room with a flat screen tv. i was very much impress. I also loved how the outlets are... more

This hotel is nice from the outside, and the rooms are nice but the staff was not what we were expecting. We had an awful experience with the front desk staff, and when I contacted the hotel management afterwards, all we got was a very unprofessional 3 sentences e-mailed to us. Their regard for customer service and retention was horrible.... more

We were scheduled to check in on Friday June 13th however was not able to make it but it was ok because the room was paid for. We arrived early morning June 14th around 6:30 AM. The guy at the front desk didnt seem to know what he was doing, very slow and didnt greet us upon arriving. We finally... more

This hotel was good for the price we paid. Housekeeping was great. Although their long distance wasn't working when we stayed, the front desk operator offered me the front door. My husband was out at 2am trying to find a pharmacy for our daughter who had a bad cold. The front desk operator wasn't able to point us in the... more

We choose this hotel because it was the only one that was reasonably priced for one days notice. When we first opened the door to our room we noticed that it seemed very small (we got a king bed, so if the bed was smaller it might be better). The room also smelled really bad - so bad that we... more

At Quality Inn, we have had to go through significant changes in the hotels including installing brand new locks. As one may expect even with some brand new things (right out of the box) they some times don't function as they should. This is what happened with this perticular lock. I am sorry that you had to wait until it...

My husband and I had stayed here last year when we went to a Junior Bowlers' tournament. It was reasonably priced compared to other places in town, but we were not impressed. The desk clerk told us that a new manager was coming, and that the motel would be remodeled and have new beds and a great breakfast. Since we... more

This Quality Inn was not up to par with others we've stayed at. Check-In was ok, staff was pleasant and we did get a room on the side that - way out there somewhere is the ocean. However, the t.v. remote was not working. The furniture completely filled the room, with very little walking around space. The A/C unit's cover... more

We apologize for the problems you encountered during your stay. We recently purchased this property and have invested over $1,000,000 in upgrading and only recently changed the management to bring it up to par with the facility. We have upgraded our breakfast and we are going through each room to correct minor things that were not taken of during our...
