I have stayed in many Disney area hotels & motels, and this was the best. The room and beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and polite. There was a free buffet breakfast (yes, the selection is a bit limited, but MORE than adequate and FREE!) and NEVER in 6 DAYS did I have trouble finding a table in... more

The Ayres Inn Orange was a good price for what we were looking for (hotel, not motel, with nice amenities under $100 a night). I booked 6 rooms. Everyone enjoyed their stay except for a few things. 1. shuttle service. 2. comforter and blankets 3. room 600 4. 3 Palms Cafe 5. pool closes at 10pm. there are other things... more

We have used this Inn several years now for our annual family Disney trips. Although the price and location are a plus it does NOT have a Family friendly environment any more. On our last two stays 2007 and 2008 the majority of guests seemed to be loud, inconsiderate, and rowdy young men or couples more interested in partying, drinking,... more

Having stayed three times previously in the three different Anaheim hotels, the Ayers was a real little gem. The staff are the friendliest (if I’m allowed to use Disney speak), the rooms are very clean, of a high standard, even the sheets on the bed are thick and snowy white. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I have nothing but praise... more

Very poor ventilatioon in the bathroom. It's an old property, there was no fan in the bathroom for the room we stayed! After someone used the bathroom, the smell stayed forever, because they had nowhere to go. Can't really open windows in the room. If you leave the bathroom door open, the whole room would smell! more

I stayed for 7 nights with my family of four (two rooms). I originally booked two 2-queen rooms, but I requested a change to one king and one 2-queen when I arrived, and my request was granted with no problems whatsoever. The rooms were nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall feel of the place was... more

Nice property and "cozy" hotel feeling but if you are traveling with a family be warned: the bathroom only has room for ONE person and that person has to be standing to close the door. Cruise ships have bigger bathrooms than this facility.... Which creates a problem when everybody is getting ready to head out the door for a day... more

We arrived on a Thursday for a trip to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Six Flags. Hotel was in a great location, just off the freeway. Lots of nearby shopping and dining. The hallways were under renovation while we were there, but we never saw anyone working on them. The staff was friendly during the trip. We ate the breakfast buffet... more

I stay with the Ayres quite often as I have come to trust the brand and know what I am getting for the money. This hotel isnt as nice as the rest of their properties but is still a good value for the money and a nice clean safe hotel. The decor is typical Ayres, rather baroque and gaudy but... more

Definitely a clean, well maintained property. Best thing is the staff which is friendly and helpful. Room rates are reasonable and location is good. Only slight negative is the bathroom is relatively small. more
