This hotel is very kid friendly. The pool area included a zero depth entry pool, lazy river, and water slide. In addition to this they have plenty of scheduled activities in the pool area, from making crafts to playing games for prizes. We are locals who needed a few days "away" with 2 little kids. We were very happy w/ the main/kids pool & little beach type area where we spent most of our time. We never used our car as the shuttle service was perfect and quick. Only annoyance was one pool worker telling me no "outside food or coolers" allowed... more

We stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa from 6/5 - 6/8. Weather was great - so it got to 100 - there's the wonderful adventure pool and lazy river.
