Started off bad. Room was booked in advanced [way] . The 4 of us showed up to check in - room not ready ! They told us they would call us when one was ready. 2 hours later I called them and low and behold they had one ready. - Not - My son had to sleep on a sleeper... more

We arrived from Anchorage Alaska in 113 degree heat. Our room was not ready untill one hour after check in time. The grounds are beautiful but directions to our room were vauge and we wandered around untill we found it. The shower door was broken and nobody ever did come to repair it. Resort fee? What did I get for... more

Perspective from a very frequent business traveler who is also a member of the highest tier in this hotel chain's frequent stay program. GOOD: The grounds are nicely manicured and the original Frank Lloyd Wright buildings are iconic. Service at The Biltmore Grill is good. Upgraded king room is spacious. BAD: The pathetic service starts upon arrival. The Valet/Bell Desk... more

The hotel's claim to fame is its’ architecture, being done in the prairie style of Frank Lloyd Wright, and the hotel remains true to that vision. If you like Wright's work (and I do) there is plenty of eye candy for you to look at Check in: Easy, went well, no issue Parking: We used the valet...tho they did charge... more

Spent five days here celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. It was a great, relaxing stay with excellent service and food. Highly recommend for a get away. more

I stayed here for one night at the end of a ten day road tip through Arizona, Utah and Nevada and it made for a perfect ending to a great holiday. The design and architecture of the building is beautiful and made the Biltmore, in my experience, something very unique and very special. The grounds too are beautifully laid out... more

Stayed here for a conference. Horrible wait staff at meals. Food is overly expensive and not very good. Pool is drab and the rooms are downright boring. You'd think for the price that you pay to stay there that the rooms would at least have nice beds and duvets...but oh no...they don't. I'd never go back. more

I spent four days at this hotel due to a business trip so I heard many comments from all my colleagues. I personaly had a room with balcony, kitchen, two floors and two queen size beds. The room was big, plasma TV, nice pillows and towels and a comfortable bed. The shower had no pressure and one morning I noticed... more

At the time of booking, I was told that there would be a $25 per day resort charge added to the room fee. However, I was not told about numerous other automatic fees that would be added to my bill including: a $12 per day bellman gratuity (even though I didn't use the bell services); a $10 per day parking... more
