Nice Hotel with a great location. Staff at the reception extremely freindly and helpful. The staff at the breakfast downstairs could use a few more smiles from time to time. The rooms are great and you get no noise from the busy streets unless you open them. The bathroom is very nice. Only little downsize was that the room seems... more

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for the first two of eight nights in Buenos Aires and we were very happy with our choice. We had been travelling for 24 hours when we arrived and as it was early in the morning, the room we had booked was not ready yet. We decided to upgrade to a suite... more

The NH Jousten is centrally located but I would not think of this as a "tourist" hotel. I stayed there for business, so perhaps my opinion is a bit skewed. There is no doubt that I ended up with a bad draw when it comes to rooms. I was in room 103, on the first floor, off the side of... more

Great two nights in hotel. Great location for the city and close to superb dining. I was surprised the hotel was so good because the rates are much better than the major US chains. Room was clean, new decoration and furniture. Staff were first class. I have already booked this hotel for my next visit in Nov. more

Do not stay at this hotel. The area is covenient to PM but otherwise it is not an ideal location. As a tourist I did not feel safe walking at night and there was no where in the area to go for dinner, etc. My husband and I also had major room problems. The lights went on throughout the night... more

Most hotels in this Spanish-owned chain share the same interior design: stylishly modern, a touch minimalist, yet very comfortable. The NH Jousten is no exception, and is a very successful, chic "rebuild" of a lovely Art Deco building on av. Corrientes in downtown Buenos Aires, next to the Post Office and a few minutes walk from Puerto Madero. Rooms are... more

We spent one week at this NH in late Oct 06 and found it very comfortable. The decor is contemporary, the room was nice and very clean, comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and the location is good, very close to Puerto Madero (great restaurants) and to the shopping in Calle Florida. What I liked the most was the breakfast:... more

NH is just ok. I had some potential bed bug issues. The location is not ideal, taxis are a problem. The staff is very aloof. But, the breakfast buffet is built into the room price and is nice. Best perhaps for business folks, not vacationers. Stay in Palermo !!!!! Trust me. more

We stayed here a total of 4 nights. The loby and bar are attractive, with modern furnishings. The front desk, while not effusively friendly, was very efficient and organized. The room we had was on the small side, but nicely furnished. We had a tiny but cute balcony over Av. Corrientes which was also nice. Buffet breakfast was decent. Location... more

The NH Jousten was a very friendly place to stay although the locaiton is not great for tourists. We had a nice corner room with many amenities. The staff was very helpful although the front desk clerk is a bit of a sourpuss! We did get accosted by pickpockets outside the hotel in broad daylight. They sprayed some goo on... more
