Great hotel, good food, good facilities, lovely staff...couldn't fault anything apart from the immature and incompetent Italian "Animations Team" who were all aged about 20 and having a great paid holiday for themselves. great hotel with lovely egyptian staff. loads of facilities. was absolutely empty when we went (perhaps 40 people in 400 person hotel), which was great. the entertainment team are the only downside, there are about 50 of them, all italian (its mainly an italian/russian hotel) and they arent too useful. anyway, we had a great time and didnt need entertaining... more

This is the perfect place to go to relax and have everything done for you. The service and food were great; our hotel was only a year old and was beautiful.
