We arrived after a long flight from LAX. The check in was easy, we got to our room just in time to freshen up and head to the restaurant. Service was a bit slow, and the food was very expensive for what you got! But fresh Ahi tuna and Wahoo, while eating over the beach was beautiful! We went to... more

We stayed at the Radisson at the beginning and end of a trip to the Cook Islands. We had a suite which was just great. The bedroom and main bath are on the second level. The main toilet area has a sliding wooden door that was very difficult to open from inside the bathroom, but this was just a minor... more

We spent only one night in an Ocean View Deluxe Duplex and the room was lovely! The view was beautiful and the bedroom was upstairs. Our only complaint was there was NEVER ice in the ice machines. The locals(and maids) stood there and waited it for it to dump and took off with it. Not the classiest introduction the Tahiti.... more

After a long journey from England we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room. We were upgraded to a suite which was large with nice views over the beach. The only negative was that our balcony floor was filthy and the soles of our feet were black after walking on it. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained... more

What a surprise! After spending most of our trip in luxury resorts, we spent the last night at the Radisson. It was, by far the most pleasant surprise. The room was amazing, we had a great jacuzzi and amazing views, the service was great, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very nice pool and sits just... more

The rooms here are really nice. We had a suite which was huge on a corner of one building. But others in our group were in standard rooms and they were nice as well. Two downsides: The location is out of the way. This would be fine if the services at the hotel were better. There is no other restaurant... more

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson after arriving in Papeete from Tucson. It had been a long day of travel so we were happy to finally reach somewhere with a bed and room service! After finally arriving the hotel -- it takes awhile from the airport, but the location is great -- we checked in without any major... more

Arrived after midnight after 18 hours travel. Front desk staff rude and disorganized. Had to take our own luggage and find room. Room was very nice and clean. Only stayed few hours before leaving for Bora Bora. When we returned after 8 wonderful days of travel in French Polynesia, room was not ready. Took a trip downtown on free shuttle... more

My recent stay at the property was wonderful! How could it be anything else in the beautiful Tahitian setting? Most of the staff spoke fluent English and were very accommodating. The rooms were large with comfortable appointments. Most have balconies overlooking the beautiful beach. The grounds were kept immaculately. While food was very expensive, the breakfast buffet offered a large... more

We stayed in this hotel before and after our cruise on the Paul Gauguin. The hotel itself is in a .lovely setting and the rooms are wonderful. the problem with the hotel is service. The staff is not very well trained and really needs some good solid training. When we returned from our cruise, we were transported by buses to... more
